Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this issue. I am developing a wordpress site, ericmhammer.com and using publitio to grab the videos. I'm not a super tech guy but I know the basics. Here's the thing: I am testing now and the videos play just fine on firefox but there is no sound.
I also occasionally get an error message that the video cannot be loaded because it's unsupported format or the server failed. Any ideas?
Issue with sound has been fixed (audio code made some problems, but we reconverted all buggy files)
Second issue is just an note that new video isn't yet converted/ready to be streamed

Daniel, player is responsive, so it will skale to size of your parent element/div

How to get the file from others ?
My favorite feature is definitely the Google Drive integration — it makes storing and managing files so much easier. I work as an editor and have tons of documents I really don’t want to lose. I even keep my “messy” scans, just in case they might be useful someday.
Is there a way to separate/organize assets in folders? For example, it would be awesome if I could have a folder for each website.

I just purchased an account with Publitio because I wanted to use it to house my videos instead of using YouTube. I also didn't want to upgrade Weebly to Pro in order to use URL codes, so I was happy to see that there was an HTML option.
When I tested my first video, I was able to add the HTML code into my Weebly website using their "embed code" tool and my video showed up and worked great.
I am attempting to do that again with a larger video file. This time it is not working. It has a small video player that keeps spinning and then it will show either a broken file icon or a sad file icon and says "no video with supported format and MIME type found".
What's going on? My video is uploaded properly in Publitio, and I can watch it with the URL link, but the code doesn't seem to be working with Weebly.

I am loading a number of videos that go with different courses. Is there a way to organize them within a folder or should I just make sure that I tag them with the correct words?

your account is labeled as Lifetime, and it will remain that way. You still have everything you paid for and everything you got with your three codes, don't worry :)

I use Advanced Custom field (ACF) form to create new posts which include a picture and a video submitted by the users. Right now, medias are sent to Wordpress backend.
How can I ensure that it is uploaded to Publitio instead?

Excellent points on CDN usability! Speed is everything in e-commerce, but it shouldn't stop at image loading. The checkout process is where most friction happens.
Is it not possible to upload PDF files?
Reading this article brought back so many memories of feeling completely overwhelmed when I first tried to create my own online course.
The publit.io css and js downloads are uncompressed. Is there a reason for this?
I have managed to move the images and mp4 files to my hosts' CDN, since the speeds I got from Publit.io's CDN wasn't top-notch. I am based in EU, so it might be taht publit.io hasn't launched the EU CDN yet? Anyway, I still see non-gzipped versions of the static files:
Is there a way for me to enable gzip compression for my site's use of these two files? Downloading and moving them to my server, which is gzipped, did work, but the "play button" disappeared making it look only like images and losing out on cloick to view the videos.
