Is it difficult for you to create a link parameter to an image or a pdf using a nonce function? What I mean is that I can generate a link using my API key and secret and you will reject the file request if it ask more
We did discuss about adding feature so that user can specific number of requests for specific file. it still does not exist but it is one option that we might add over time.
GTmetrix is asking me to add my CDN hostname for Publitio. Is it Media.Plublit.io ?

If I upload an image is there a way that Publitio can automatically optimize the image for me. This is something I currently have with Shortpixel, but I don't know how to set this up easily with Publitio. Hopefully, there's something built in.

I installed your plugin for WordPress. When I use Gutenberg block, then it connects correctly with my publitio account, media library loads and I can see my uploaded media BUT... there is a semi-transparent overlay (with HTML ID: 'TB_overlay') that blocks me from selecting a media item. If I try to click anything, then the overlay and the media library modal close and I'm but at the gutenberg block that says 'Select file from Publitio'.
Any solution for that? Thanks

When previewing video within publitio player sometimes there is an error "the media could not be loaded because the format is not supported". What does it mean ?
Hi, I think support already replied to your email. But let me explain the issue here as well. Seems like you are using some custom player that is not Publit.io's player, and that player is not passing header to publit.io, and domain protection can not work properly in that case. So you should disable domain-level protection or use publit.io player iframe for embedding.

How do I set the video quality to 1080p instead of the default 480p? On the website where I am embedding, I can only use <iframe src="URL" parameters go here><iframe>

Team: The player has been set with autoplay on and connected to a video. When on the page the video does not autoplay on desktop. With manual the video doesn't autoplay nor does the video play at all. Please assist.
Actually, found out the problem was because I used iframe embed. Its working now via source.
