How do I preview the thumbnail for my video? My video is uploaded and available but I cannot see the thumbnail for it. I have checked the upload details to ensure everything is enabled to allow thumbnails and it is. Can you tell me how to preview the thumbnail and change it if necessary please?
Also, if I have 5 videos of different resolutions, do I also get 5 thumbnails at the same resolution?

Hi you don't need to have 5 resolutions, to preview thumbnail it's enough to click on view icon of the video, to change it you can follow this steps https://media.publit.io/file/PublitioTutorials/How-to-change-thumbnail.mp4

If you copy Source or Player Embed code make sure to update it after you change thumbnail as that code has hard coded link to thumbnail so you will need new embed code. If you used Iframe it is automatic.

I have a very short mp3 file that I've uploaded, but it is currently over 200k and it really needs to be less than 50k as it is only 6 seconds long. I figure it is probably in 256kbps format. How can I convert it to 32kbps or 64kbps using Publitio? I can do it in my normal audio editor, but wondered if I could save me having to do that.
Hi @Paul Smithson Have you tried to create a new version of your audio file? A different version of the same file might be 'slimer' in terms of size. After you uploaded your file to Publit.io, open the file and hit 'Create Version' here you can convert your original file to some other formats like mp3, wav, ogg. Also, changing the quality of the file version can decrease the file size.
Trying out video uploads before getting it on AS. The MKV which I uploaded can't seem to play. When I uploaded a different video in MP4, that has no issues.

Hello, I read in another post that the speed setting in the player may be available towards end of Sept. I can't see it in the player currently. Just wondering if it'll be available soon. Or if I may have missed some setting somewhere. Thanks.
